"Hug Engineering is a manufacturer of exhaust gas purification systems for large engines. Aucodys supported us in the construction of an automated test bench on laboratory format for quality testing and in particular for further development of catalytic converters. This test bench performs measurements 24/7 without user intervention and thus enables us to massively accelerate our development cycles. The control and regulation include flow, heaters, gas dosing, pressures and the integration and processing of the measurement data from a FTIR with FID and PMD via AK interface and handling of alarms and plausibility’s as well as of course the data management. Aucodys was involved in the conception phase and supplied all the control hardware as well as the sophisticated software. What we really appreciated about the collaboration was the pragmatic approach, the solution-oriented proceeding and the flexible assignments. We will rely on Aucodys' expertise again for follow-up projects."
